NEUROECONOMICS IS A PSYCHO-SOCIAL BASIS OF ECONOMIC DECISION-MAKING

Abstract. One of the directions of the new knowledge economy − neuroeconomics based on the interdisciplinary analysis and synthesis of economic theory, neurobiology and psychology, studying the mechanisms of decision-making, risk assessment and expected revenues for the choice of alternative solutions in an environment with limited resources (in a certain economic space) on different levels of organized complexity: genetic, neuronal, structural-anatomical, functional, organismic, nanoeconomics and socio-economic is considered. Neuroeconomics studies the process of formation of human economic behavior at the stage of analysis and synthesis of the interactions of the human brain with the external environment in the development and consolidation of the dominant neurobiological reactions taking into account the psycho-emotional components. It is shown that for neuroeconomics mechanisms of formation of consumer demand ultimately determine the economic dynamics of consumer markets.

INFORMATION MARKETING DIAGNOSTICS IN AZERBAIJAN AND PERSPECTIVES OF ITS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract. There has been carried out analysis of information communication technology use state at the interprises of trade and manufacturing industries. It is shown that for the resent 4 years internet web use by enterprises of manufacturing industry has been risen by 2.2 – fold but by enterprises of trade industry by 1.3 fold. For the past period in Azerbaijan the devolopment of electron trade being the most important instrument in various directions of business activity has been increased . At the same time electron trade based on the up to-date IC techologies has become widespread.

THE TRANSFER OF RESOURCE-SAVING TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES OF USAGE OF ORGANIC FERTILIZERS IN THE SYSTEM OF RESOURCE-COMMODITY MODELS

Abstract. The system of the conceptual apparatus of the organizational-economic bases of management of technological processes of the agricultural sector where the key elements of the act proposed new interpretation of resource saving in the agricultural sector, manufacturing processes and use of organic fertilizers based on wastes of cattle breeding and plant growing, as well as the definition of "transfer processes in the system models." is corrected. The conceptual scheme of the implementation of the transfer of resource-saving technological processes in the system resource and commodity models with the identification of four levels of administration in the territorial-zonal principle is elaborated. For each level we defined the result of optimizing models, economic effect and specify the documents that reflect the effectiveness of the transfer of resource-saving technological processes is defined. The optimal result of each previous level of control is a source of information for the implementation of the subsequent level, which ensures the transfer of resource-saving technologies and processes in the hierarchy. A system of resource-product models for the production and use of organic fertilizers tested in a production environment is tried in thr agricultural organizations of the Rostov region. The evidence presented of the effectiveness of organic fertilizers, and predictive indicators calculated on the basis of transfer of resource-saving technological processes in the system resource-grocery models is presented. Proved Efficiency of application of the transfer of technological processes of application of organic fertilizers on the example of cultivation of grain crops is proved.

Abstract. Some antifreezes have a negative influence on internal combustion engines of vehicles and have a low power-effective with negative temperature near minus 60 degree. In this publication propose innovative workout of low viscosity and energy-saving antifreeze for internal combustion engines of vehicles, heavy wheeled and caterpillar machinery of civil and military purpose and other vehicles, as well as generator plants. This new antifreeze have a Russian patent.

INFORMATION-ENTROPY METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE HOMOGENEITY OF ELECTRIC HEATERS USED IN AGRICULTURE

Abstract. Low-temperature surface-distributed electric heating is currently considered to be the most effective type of electrical heating. It provides the concentration of thermal energy in a given volume, the uniformity of temperature distribution and the possibility of its control and regulation, and it is increasingly used in agricultural production. According to the data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Foodstuffs of the Russian Federation on the 1 st of October, 2010 there were 154.6 million different installations and local heating devices in exploitation in Russia's livestock farms. Proportion of costs for heating grain and bulk solids in the processing industry is invariably great. In this regard an important reserve for improving the efficiency of production is the development and introduction of progressive systems of an electrical heating that provide the required performance property for the rational use of energy and material resources. The system, which main function is the conversion of electrical energy into thermal energy and, at the same time, providing a set-point temperature (300…400 K) on the surface, is called composite heaters. At present, the overwhelming majority of electric heaters contains a resistive composite layer in which electrodes are located between the insulating layers. The electrical conductivity is estimated by the specific resistance, the specific resistance of the composite material is significantly affected by its homogeneity. It makes the proof of the homogeneity of this material a topical issue. In the article an information-entropic method for determining the homogeneity of the composite material is developed, it is based on the probability theory and the concept of entropy. A comparative analysis of the developed method with existing techniques for determining the homogeneity of the distribution of technical carbon in the butyl rubber matrix is given in the article.

ROBOTIC SYSTEMS MULTIBAND SORTING OF AGHICULTURAL PRODUCTS

Abstract. Sort of agricultural products carried out at various stages of production, processing and storage. Unfortunately, the sorting of agricultural products remains the least automated process, requiring a large amount of manual labor. Difficulty sorting automated due to the need to implement the principle of multiband and high risk product damage by mechanical action on these actuators. To improve performance, while multiband sorting is reducing the damage of the products offered to the robotic system based on the principle of optoelectronic quality control. When the system analyzed the flow unit (piece) products sent from the hopper feed conveyor in a control zone, which is exposed to radiation from a diffuse light source. Perceiving the reflected light beam, recognizing device sequentially analyzes the moving individual products in accordance with a predetermined algorithm. Recognizes the device comprises a threshold elements, logic inverters, logic circuits overlap, receptionists subjects in the group, actuators, measuring instrument and extra-mal converter. Each actuator comprises an electromagnet with two sub-cores Vision, two hollow U-shaped frame and the sleeve mounted on axles. Piece supply of individual objects with an interval between them, no less the length of the U-shaped frame provides them with guaranteed separation into fractions. The end result is a perfect sort sorted stream of single products, is entirely consistent with stated objectives screening. Application of robotic system increases the efficiency of the screening process by 10...20 %, 1.5...2 times reduces defect products and simplifies the layout of the technological equipment.

THE CONFIDENCE OF THE STUDENT AS THE INTEGRATING FACTOR OF FAMILY EDUCATION

Abstract. In the article the question of the relationship of confidence of the student with the style of family upbringing is considered. Such styles of parenting as a liberal, authoritarian, apathetic and democratic are considered. A brief description of styles and indicates some of the characteristics of children's behavior, and their dependence on family education is given. Confidence as a personality trait is an important argument in a person's life. If the child is already at a younger age has lack of confidence, in adult life he can come with big problems. As a result of empirical research conducted in the work were obtained the following results which have led to the conclusion that the least confident behavior of teenagers brought up in families with authoritarian parenting style. The children receiving education in families with a democratic style showed more optimistic results.

IMPROVEMENT OF ECONOMIC RELATIONS IN THE AGROINDUSTRIAL FORMATIONS 

Specialization in agriculture as a way of sustainable agricultural production is considered. The necessity of development of agricultural production in North Osetia−Alania on the basis of scientifically grounded specialization is shown. In agriculture there must be developed all forms of specialization: regional, economic, internal, and intra-industry. In recent years, most enterprises have become diversified with a low coefficient of specialization and supplying insufficient amount of products mainly to the regional market. Due to a significant reduction of inputs of agricultural raw materials production capacity of processing plants are used 15-20% on average. The composition and structure of commodity products by natural-economic zones of North Ossetia−Alania for the years 2012-2016 are presented and analyzed. In 2016 the largest share is made up by these types of products, such as grain, milk and dairy products. Cooperation and agroindustrial integration as the most important areas of the ongoing agrarian reform are considered. The advantages of vertical cooperation of rural producers in processing, marketing, procurement, credit, and insurance activities are noted. The development of integration processes in agriculture conditioned by the need the need to ensure technical, technological, managerial and economic unity and continuity of etopbrands, procurement, transportation, storage and processing of agricultural products. The existing directions of development of integration processes in agriculture: the formation of the linkages of agricultural producers with processing enterprises on a contractual basis; the functioning of agricultural associations with legal personality; the creation of financial-industrial groups; the Federal laws "About the agricultural cooperation" and "About the financial industrial groups" are allocated.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF PRODUCTION OF THE PROCESSING ENTERPRISES IN NORTH OSETIA–ALANIA

The estimation of the production efficiency of the processing enterprises in North Osetia– Alania is given. Analysis of the state of agriculture of North Ossetia–Alania under the conditions of transition to market and a mixed economy revealed that a sharp decline in agricultural production largely occurred as a result of the breach and rupture of inter-farm linkages at the regional, sectoral and industrial level activities of economic entities. The need for qualitatively new approaches to development cooperation and integration in agriculture, effective state regulation of these processes was revealed. The factors hindering the development of agro-industrial cooperation and integration are mentioned: processing plants lose their commodity areas and are not able to fully load the production capacities; construction of small processing plants within agricultural enterprises are often economically justified diverts a significant capital investment from operating activities and the lack of depth of processing leads to losses of raw material; low labor productivity; lack of technical equipment. The indicators of the processing industry of North Osetia–Alania are considered. For most types of products in 2015-2016 there is a decrease in production (of livestock products, the production of wine). At the same time in 2016 there is a sharp increase in the volume of soft drinks production – by 40.5%, confectionery products – 14.8%, in comparison with 2012. In North Osetia–Alania there was revealed the neseccity of the proved placement of agricultural production, formation of production types of farms that will become the basis of social division of labor, increasing concentration of production will lead to intensification and industrialization of agricultural production, transfer of production of certain agricultural products on an industrial basis, will ensure the widespread use of various forms of cooperatives and agroindustrial integration.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY IN THE PROBLEMS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION

Any technological process is described in the form of algorithmic models, the performance criterion which reflects the relationship of all the factors affecting the objective function. Several examples of implementation of this approach are considered. 1. Minimization of operating costs in the transportation of agricultural goods. Developed algorithmic model allows each load to pick up such a vehicle, in which operating costs for transportation will be the smallest. 2. Optimization of the kinematics of the agricultural aggregates in the cultivation of the soil in specific conditions. Algorithmic model reflects the process of implementation of tillage (plowing, shallow plowing, cultivation, etc.) the different units taking into account soil type, field size, slope, method of movement on the field, the width of the machine, etc. 3. Formalization of the process of erode soil system positions. In order to assess the erosion situation in a specific period it is needed to compare the record with critical values of the agrisystem. 4. Algorithmic model for calculating emissions when applying paint coatings. The calculation of the emissions is carried out separately for each brand used paints and solvents. 5. Mathematical model for transportation of grain to load into railroad cars using hoppers, loading and unloading mechanisms (LUM). To take into account the specific situation of the functioning of the loader the model defines the movement of vehicles from the warehouse of storage of grain to the hoppers. 6. Mathematical model of the influence of the class of soils and agricultural conditions for the implementation of the traction power of the tractor. The implementation model of the traction power of the tractor allows you to determine the change of the traction power of the tractor quickly, depending on soil type and soil fertility of the cultivated fields.

THE TRANSFER OF RESOURCE-SAVING TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES OF USAGE OF ORGANIC FERTILIZERS IN THE SYSTEM OF RESOURCE-COMMODITY MODELS 

The purpose of this study is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for increase of efficiency of management of technological processes of production and use of organic fertilizers (OF) on the basis of wastes of cattle breeding and crop production, operating on the principles of resource conservation. The system of the conceptual apparatus of the organizational-economic bases of management of technological processes of the agricultural sector is corrected. The conceptual scheme of the implementation of the transfer of resource-saving technological processes (RTP) in the system resource and commodity models with the identification of four levels of administration in the territorial-zonal principle is elaborated. For each level the result of optimizing models, economic effect and specify the documents that reflect the effectiveness of the transfer of RTP is defined. The optimal result of each previous level of control is a source of information for the implementation of the subsequent level which ensures the transfer of resource-saving technologies and processes in the hierarchy. Actual data of the effectiveness of OF and predictive indicators are calculated on the basis of the transfer of RTP in the system resource-grocery models is presented. The system of resource and product models allows forming the strategy of placing the points of recycling of organic waste, optimizing transportation costs at different levels of the hierarchy of the system, forming a complex of measures to improve the level of organophosphonate agricultural land, thereby increasing the profitability of crop production. Designed and recommended for application by the transfer of RTP production and use of the shelter in complex resource-grocery models lets to improving the economic efficiency of the agricultural sectors at different levels of its implementation.

INFORMATION-ENTROPY METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE HOMOGENEITY OF ELECTRIC HEATERS USED IN AGRICULTURE

Low-temperature surface-distributed electric heating is currently considered to be the most effective type of electrical heating. It provides the concentration of thermal energy in a given volume, the uniformity of temperature distribution and the possibility of its control and regulation, and it is increasingly used in agricultural production. According to the data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Foodstuffs of the Russian Federation on the 1 st of October, 2010 there were 154.6 million different installations and local heating devices in exploitation in Russia's livestock farms. Proportion of costs for heating grain and bulk solids in the processing industry is invariably great. In this regard an important reserve for improving the efficiency of production is the development and introduction of progressive systems of an electrical heating that provide the required performance property for the rational use of energy and material resources. The system, which main function is the conversion of electrical energy into thermal energy and, at the same time, providing a set-point temperature (300 – 400 K) on the surface, is called composite heaters. At present, the overwhelming majority of electric heaters contains a resistive composite layer in which electrodes are located between the insulating layers. The electrical conductivity is estimated by the specific resistance, the specific resistance of the composite material is significantly affected by its homogeneity. It makes the proof of the homogeneity of this material a topical issue. In the article an information-entropic method for determining the homogeneity of the composite material is developed, it is based on the probability theory and the concept of entropy. A comparative analysis of the developed method with existing techniques for determining the homogeneity of the distribution of technical carbon in the butyl rubber matrix is given in the article.

ROBOTIC SYSTEMS MULTIBAND SORTING OF AGHICULTURAL PRODUCTS

The work purpose is creation of a robotic sorting system that minimizes the amount of manual labor and damaging the fruit. The material of the studies consisted of nodes of modern sorting machines. During the study there were used the methods for the synthesis of electro-mechanical circuits. The difficulty of automating the sorting of agricultural products depends on the need of multiband principle and high risks of damage to products during mechanical influence actuators. To improve the performance of multi-band sorting while reducing the damage to products proposed the robotic system based on the optoelectronic principle of quality control was elaborated. During the system work the analyzed flow unit (piece) products is directed from the hopper feeding conveyor in the inspection zone where it is exposed to irradiation from ambient light. Sensing the reflected light beam a recognizing device sequentially analyzes the moving unit products in accordance with a specified algorithm. The recognizing the device comprises threshold elements, the logical inverters, logic circuits, coincidence, registrars of items in the group, actuators, measuring instrument and extreme converter. Each actuator contains two electromagnets with movable cores, two hollow U-shaped frame and bushings installed on the axis. Single-piece flow single objects with intervals between them not less the length of the U-shaped frame ensures a guaranteed separation into fractions. The final result of sorting is a perfect flow sorted single products, fully suitable to the task of sorting. The robotic system enhances the efficiency of separation on 10-20%, in 1,5–2 times reduces the damaging products and simplifies the layout of manufacturing equipment.

TECHNOLOGICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES IN THE OPERATION OF AUTOMATED SYSTEMS OF AGRIBUSINESS 

A growth in the number of accidents and emergency situations (es) occurring at industrial and agricultural objects, increasing their destructive power is announced. In the context of national and food security of the Russian Federation, the important issues of technogenic and environmental safety, protection of population from emergency situations, accidents and catastrophes are becoming increasingly. For the study of complex systems of the agroindustrial complex (AIC) and industrial production it is necessary to build different models and the development of automated devices and systems. During building of the model processes occurring in complex systems at the facilities of agriculture, in the description of their structure, for evaluation the effectiveness and optimization of these systems there is used a different mathematical scheme. The modern methods of preparation tasks allows to build so-called universal simulation model that is able to tune into any object of this class. All the economic facilities and systems located on the territory of a certain region of the Russian Federation are potentially subjects of industrial accidents and disasters or exposure to hazardous factors of a natural character. Factors considered technological hazards that occur in enterprises of industrial and agricultural production and the factors of technogenic danger inherent in accidents and disasters are considered. The analysis and risk assessment in various conditions of system functioning is conducted. The differentiation of spheres of application of risk analysis is presented. The key options and elements of risk assessment are named. It is pointed on the lack of sufficient techniques for the evaluation of many types of environmental and technological risk. However the main attention is paid to assessing the risk of deterioration of human health for reasons of a risk. The ratio of the risk value as to the source of danger is defined. An acceptable level of occupational risk of death for the modern man in industrialized countries is in the range (1..5)х10-4.

METHODOLOGICAL SUBSTANTIATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES OF NATURAL SYSTEM AND ANTHROPOGENIC ACTIVITY OF HYDROAGROLANDSHAFT SYSTEMS

The theoretical framework of the study is based on the law of conservation of energy and matter. The main method of research is the analysis of water and heat balance and nutritional balance of plant and soil landscape systems with the aim of establishing quantitative relations between separate elements to form the productivity of agricultural land and soil-forming process. Based on data analysis it is concluded the following: energy resources of natural zones of Kazakhstan and its soil covers in the presence of environmental services water resources allow the construction of highly productive, environmental and economic sustainable regulated and managed hydro-agri-landscape systems to ensure food security of the country. The estimation of natural and energy resources natural systems of the watershed of the basin of the Talas river in the context of schematic geomorphological landscape systems is given. It is analyzed that theenvironmental services water resources for the optimum functioning of vegetation and soil cover of the landscape of drainage basins of transboundary Talas river. It is stated that in mountainous landscapes class environmental services from water resources which are conducted using human activities that do not provide a sharp increase in the productivity of plant and soil landscape systems of the catchment basin of the transboundary Talas river. The quantitative values of the coefficient characterizing the costs of water providing 1000 kcal energy value of agricultural crops in the condition of the basin of the transboundary Talas river are defined. The conclusion about the possibility of creating on the basis of "export-import" environmental services of water resources at the international level, on the basis of agricultural societies with equity participation hydro-agri-landscape highly efficient systems, providing requirements for food security of the population living in the region is made.
