SERVICE MANAGEMENT: CONCEPTUAL VISION AND MECHANISM

OF IMPLEMENTATION

Service management is considered as a management system in the article, focused on

maximum customer satisfaction and the creation of enterprises conditions for improving

the quality of services provided and the coordination between the interests of all participants

of process of rendering of services. The main approaches to the management of service

companies are presented, the conceptual principles of service management, the mechanism

of development and implementation of the system of customer service of the enterprises of

sphere of services are proposed.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE DOMESTIC TECHNIQUES OF FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

IN ANTI-CRISIS ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

The comparative overview of domestic methods of financial analysis of the enterprise is

conducted. Approach to the identification of methods of financial analysis, suitable to the

greatest extent to the procedures of crisis management is proposed. The results of the study

can be used for synthesis of hybrid techniques of financial analysis of a company.

Key words: financial condition of the enterprise, financial analysis, techniques of financial

analysis, liquidity, solvency, crisis management in the enterprise.

PROBLEMS OF FORMATION OF TOURIST CLUSTERS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article considers the nature and role of the cluster approach in the development of the

tourism industry, the updated fundamental factors in the formation of tourism clusters in

the Russian Federation and identified the most significant barriers to creation of innovative

business environment conducive to growth, welfare and competitiveness in the country.

THE THEORETICAL COMPONENTS OF CLUSTER FORMATION IN POULTRY

Theoretical and methodological aspects of cluster formation in the domestic poultry industry

are considered. The use of clusters allows to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises,

production, food industry, allowing to fully use the potential of exports. The creation of

synergistic effect increases the efficiency of functioning of poultry-farming enterprises of

Russia in the world market.

marketable fish is presented

EFFECTIVE TOOL FOR CALCULATING THE RISK OF INVESTMENT IN IRRIGATION

The result of the calculation of the risk of investment in irrigation by the method of simulation

Monte Carlo with a leading position in the use of leading sectors of the domestic and foreign

economies, when assessing the efficiency of investment is presented. The expediency of

application in practice of reclamation activities program complex Crystal Ball to determine

the likelihood of achieving the planned indicators of efficiency of implemented measures that

promote optimal implementation of the tactical result of an investment in a specific project,

and the success of the strategic objectives of development of land reclamation is shown.

ACCOUNTING OF THE ECOLOGICAL FACTOR IN ASSESSMENT OF LAND PLOTS

AS REAL ESTATE OBJECTS

An overview of the problematic issues associated with the assessment of land when

determining the market value of the property is presented. Special attention is paid to the

need and features of accounting in the valuation of land pricing of the environmental factor,

which requires the classification and examination of the environmental characteristics of the

territories.

APPROACHES TO COMPLEX SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL-ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT AREAS

IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT

Ecosystems are the result of millions of years of evolution. Diverse ecosystems are not only

valuable in themselves but also provide the basis for life and well-being of the people, maintain

the balance between society and nature. Natural resources are natural capital. Unsustainable

methods of socio-ecological-economic development lead to reduction of natural capital at a

rate greater than its ability to heal itself. The mutual dependence between social, economic

and environmental factors are not in question. All the strategies, models and decisions should

take account of the fact that natural capital is limited, so for the balanced development of

economy and achieving environmental and economic wellbeing requires the development of

integrated socio-ecological-economic assessment of territories that it is expedient to allocate

in separate business process in the overall assessment of the investment project and to include

in the design documentation.

INTERACTION OF THE CONTRACTORS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, BASED

ON THE SCHEME OF INFORMATION FLOWS: PROBLEMS AND WAYS OF THEIR SOLVING

The scheme of information flows between the participants of the construction sector, based

on legal regulation is elaborated. Legislation is considered under a three-tier system:

the legislative, normative and methodological. Counterparty is built on a hierarchical

dependence on the macro and micro levels. Outstanding communication relationship of the

counterparties, resulting in the emergence of many negative trends in the development of the

sector in question are identified. Measures to eliminate bottlenecks in communication and

information interaction between the studied areas are presented.

From the economic practices of researchers in financial institutions concluded that one of

the tasks of economic science is the methodological and theoretical justification of the use of

commercial cloud systems business management. One of these visual tools is a cloud-based

monitoring and so the range of application is wide on all parameters of the study.

APPLICATION OF PAINT MATERIALS MODIFIED WITH NANO-ADDITIVES TO PROTECT

FARM EQUIPMENT FROM HARSH ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

The features of the selection of the coating materials for the protection of agricultural

machinery are described. The advantages and disadvantages of water- and organic diluted

materials are considered. The results of the application of nano-friction on the basis of per

fluorinated compounds (PRRM) as a modifier organic diluted paint and varnish materials

(PVM) are conducted. Its effectiveness has been shown for modifying enamels containing

organic solvents.

ELECTROPHYSICAL STIMULATION OF SEEDS

The mechanism of absorption by the seed photon of light their laser treatment is described.

Experimentally found dependences of the length of the seedlings on the duration of laser

irradiation of dry and wet seeds are presented.

THE THEORETICAL COMPONENTS OF CLUSTER FORMATION IN POULTRY

Theoretical and methodological aspects of cluster formation in the domestic poultry

industry are considered. The positions of a number of foreign and domestic economists,

influenced the formation of modern cluster theory are given. The specificity of poultry

production cluster (PC) includes: the infrastructure; the system of poultry enterprises,

their production and economic potential; the structure and mechanism of activity of the

enterprises of all forms of ownership; spatial distribution of natural and human resources;

system of related and supporting enterprises that can promote effective work of the poultry

enterprise integrator; nutritional value of products; veterinary and sanitary state of the

territory; socio-demographic; the poverty line, consumption of food and food balance of

the territory; an intensive process of cooperation in the field of learning, experimentation

and flow of knowledge among enterprises in mixed directions. Internal and external factors

that influence the formation of clusters in the poultry industry are marked. The definition

of a poultry cluster is described. It is concluded that PC are dynamic organizational

structures on the territory of the regions of the country, have a high adaptability to

socio-economic infrastructure and capable of producing competitive and highly effective

products. The deepening division of labor and the growth of specialization supplemented

by the cooperation of labor signify a further strengthening of the process of socialization of

production. Increased attention by the public authorities to the development of territorialsectoral infrastructure have a positive impact on the development and investment

attractiveness of a particular region of the country is required.

EFFECTIVE TOOL FOR CALCULATING THE RISK OF INVESTMENT

IN IRRIGATION

The result of evaluating the software package Crystal Ball (method of simulation

Monte Carlo with a leading position in the use of leading sectors of the domestic and

foreign economies, when assessing the effectiveness of investments) the risk reduction plan

to yield from the introduction of new technologies of irrigation of potato early planting

time for the inundated lands of the Nizhniy Don developed in the NIR part of the Federal

state budgetary institution Research FSBRU RosRIPM is presented. As a result of modelling

the risk of achieving the planned yield is classified as medium which requires from the

investor attention to the dynamics of macroeconomic indicators when establishing the

volume of introduction of new irrigation technologies and preventive measures of risk

management. According to the sensitivity analysis of the maximum effect (over 65%)

the result has a purchase price of marketable products of agricultural production. The

following important for the intended outcome parameter – the projected yield of cultivated

crops (more than 26%). The relatively low indicators of the influence of cost of production of

potatoes on the discounted net revenue (7.8%) indicated an extremely favorable specificity

of the established structure of cash flows. A negligible dependence of the result from the

norm of discount is due to the short time period of evaluation. So the results of the risk

modeling irrigation of the Monte-Carlo simulation in Crystal Ball for Excel the user gets

enough material to make an informed decision about whether it is worth investing in a new

activity, on the priorities for regulation of risk reduction of the planned indicators of its

efficiency. The development of the accounting procedures and analysis of factual material

risk of achieving yields from the introduced improvement measures will contribute to the

early development of a necessary practice approaches to the creation of a methodology for

the estimates of investment efficiency taking into account the specifics of reclamation.

APPLICATION OF PAINT MATERIALS MODIFIED WITH NANO-ADDITIVES

TO PROTECT FARM EQUIPMENT FROM HARSH ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

The aim of the research was to study the performance properties of paints (coatings),

modified per-fluorinated nanomaterials (PFNM), evaluation of the effectiveness of such

coating materials for protecting farm equipment from the effects of adverse environmental

factors, enhancing its durability and persistence. The results of research developed an

effective nano-additives for per-fluorinated coating materials performing the functions of

emulsifier and dispersant of pigments and fillers are presented. To study the wetting and

dispersing properties of the additive PFNM samples were prepared enamels PF-115 of white

for the standard formulation (control sample) and according to the standard recipe with

the addition of 0.3% by weight PFNM LMB (prototype). Extensive testing on the coating's

resistance to water, salts, detergents, heat aging confirmed that all indicators are at the

level of traditional enamels PF-115, PF-1217. Testing showed that after 5 cycles of exposure

temperature -40 °C enamel retain their homogeneity without sediment and delamination.

Emulsion using additive PFNM are not destroyed by shear forces, speed shuffle, pumping.

Conducted testing showed that the introduction of additives in PFNM enamel PF-115 in the

amount of 0.3% by weight of the coatings reduces the time dispersion to the extent of 25

mym, increases the gloss of the coating and reduces its brightness. So the results of the study

revealed that the use of the additive PFNM in alkyd enamels allows obtaining coatings and

coatings on their basis with high operational and decorative properties. Increasing of the

density of the LKP and the improvement of the adhesion of the film is directed to increase

the service life of coatings in atmospheric conditions and aggressive environments which

is extremely important for agricultural machinery

THE RESULTS OF STUDIES TO DETERMINE THE OPTIMAL

CONSTRUCTIVE-TECHNOLOGICAL DIAGRAM OF HAMMER MILL

Organization and working process of some of the most expanded hammer crushers

are considered. On the basis of the conducted analysis it was found that on the market of

feed mill equipment is the large range of hammer mills grain but they do not always fit the

declared performance. Two types of grinders were developed in the Nizhny Novgorod State

Engineering-Economic University: hammer mill with a rotor-fan for the pneumatic loading

and unloading of material and crusher grain with a displaced fan which is a continuation

of the scientific-practical research in this area. Production testing of developed grain

crusher with rotor-fan was held in Nizhny Novgorod region. As the crushed material used

grain (barley with 97.1%, oats 2%, impurities – 0.9%) at a humidity of 14%. By results of

inspection revealed that the quality of the crushed grain corresponded to the zootechnical

requirements for all groups of farm animals: residue on the sieve with a diameter of 3

mm does not exceed 5%, the number of whole grains is less than 0.5%, the content of dust

fraction is not more than 0.54% with specific energy consumption of 1.3 .

Throughput crusher is 250...300 kg/h with an installed capacity of 1.5 kW. The constructive

features and principle of operation of a hammer mill with a displaced fan are described. It

is noted that the available configuration parameters such as peripheral speed of hammers

and the «live» section of the sieve can be fed to all groups of farm animals. Developed

constructive-technological scheme of grain crushers fit the General technical requirements

set forth in GOST 28098−89
