FROM IMPORT SUBSTITUTION TO EXPORT ONE

Sanctions pressure of the outside world forced to reconsider strategy of development of the Russian companies seriously. This situation certainly negatively influences economy and many aspects of functioning of corporations. But thus this situation gives incentives for development of many companies and branches which weren't considered in economy as the priority so far. In the real work the review of the companies and branches which prove, as in the conditions of environment "shock" is offered, it is possible not to lose ability actively to develop.

MODELLING OF THE AMOUNT OF THE STATE SUPPORT OF THE AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES TAKING INTO ACCOUNT DIFFERENTIATION OF THE SINKING FUND

The author offers an algorithm for the calculation of state support for agricultural enterprises, which allows to justify the amount of the depreciation fund, taking into account inflation and the ratio of price indices for industrial and agricultural products.

THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF RESOURCE-SAVING IN ANIMAL HUSBANDRY

In the article, the main directions of resource-saving by production of milk, beef and pork are being stated. The special attention is being paid to the efficiency of use of forages. The directions of energy saving in animal husbandry, their influence on prime cost of livestock production and efficiency of animals are being defined. The knowledge of the major factors influencing the level of expenses of resources by production of livestock production will allow to increase efficiency of functioning of the livestock enterprises due to production of competitive livestock production.

AGRICULTURAL CONSUMER COOPERATION — THE KEY LINK OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF MEAT CATTLE BREEDING OF THE MOSCOW REGION

The necessity for the development of agricultural consumer cooperation for meat cattle breeding of the Moscow region is being proved. The organizational and economic mechanisms of branch communications on the basis of agricultural cooperation and agro-industrial integration are being offered. The perspective model of the overworking consumer cooperative providing processing of meat raw materials on a basis to be provided and realization of beef under the commission agreement are being developed.

ECONOMIC PROBLEMS OF DEFINITION OF LIMITS OF WATER CONSUMPTION IN THE IRRIGATED AGRICULTURE AND THE WAY OF THEIR DECISION

The integrated approach to justification of limits of water consumption in the irrigated agriculture is considered. It is proved that its practical application can lead to reduction of the corresponding volumes of water consumption on 20 … 25% in comparison with the traditional approaches which are considering biological requirements of crops and not taking possible ecological consequences into account.

The necessity for the usage of methods of strategic planning when forming strategy of social and economic development of rural territories is being proved. The algorithm of development of strategy of development of rural territories at the regional level is being presented. Practical results of application of methods of the economic researches used at design of strategy of social and economic development of rural territories on prospect are being displayed.

JUSTIFICATION OF BASE OF TECHNICAL SERVICE OF CARS FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION

The economic assessment of options of the organization of maintenance of agricultural machinery during the post warranty period of operation is being considered. The condition of efficiency of own material base in the agricultural enterprise which allows to compare costs of firm service and additional service objects of the enterprise, and also cost of losses of a crop of cultures are being offered. Expediency of existence of own service base in agricultural enterprise is being reflected.

MODELING COMPETITION TRANSPORT OPERATORS AND ANALYSIS OF PASSENGER TRAFFIC

The paper presents the analysis of dynamics of passenger traffic of public transport of the city of Perm and studied the activity of transportation carriers Perm city with the help of a mathematical model of competitive commercial vehicle operators. On the basis of this model, the characteristics of the competitiveness of the bus and tram is given, as well as the competition of buses and trolleybuses.

EFFICIENCY OF PRESEEDING PROCESSING OF SEEDS OF BARLEY GRADIENT MAGNETIC FIELD AND BIOLOGICAL PREPARATION "GUMI 80"

Influence of a gradient magnetic field and biologically active preparation "Gumi 80" at preseeding processing of seeds of barley of a grade "Krinichny" on sowing qualities and its efficiency is considered. Efficiency of these ways of preseeding processing of seeds in decrease in a prevalence of plants of barley root decaying is shown. It is established that at complex preseeding processing of seeds decrease on indicators of biometrics of sprouts happens the preparation "Gumi 80" and GRMP.

MEASUREMENT OF THE MICRORELIEF OF THE SURFACE WITH THE HELP OF COMPUTER PROCESSING OF THE INTERFERENTIAL PICTURE

The article is being devoted to the development and realization of a way of increase of sensitivity of the measurements based on consecutive application of nonlinear photo-registration of an interferential picture and processing of the registered picture by means of the Femtoscan program. The method of calculation of dispersive compound filters from color optical glass is being developed.

Key words: dual-beam micro-interferometer, nonlinear photo-registration, multilayered light filter, reflective diffraction lattice, computer processing of images.
