ANALYSIS OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY OF AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS IN PENZA REGION
The paper presents the basic development trends of resource-and-technical base in Russia, in particular in the Penza region, at the turn of the ХХ-XXIst centuries. The authors have analyzed the intermediate results of the task programs aimed at agriculture development and basing on the data obtained they outline the condition of the tractor and automobile fleet and its influence on the final results of plant growing in the Penza region.

NEW TECHNIQUE OF DETERMINING TOLERABLE WEAR OF PARTS IN OPERATION
The authors claim that errors of the existing technique of determining tolerable wear of parts are caused by casual wear rate. Tolerable wear of a part in the existing technique is considered to be a constant. This sharply increases the number of gradual failures and premature replacements of parts. The new technique is based on the use of several various supposed wear amounts of parts. The analysis has shown that this eliminates errors of the existing technique.
The paper presents formulas for definition of several tolerable wear amounts for new and replaced parts. This became possible as a result of determining resource distribution density of the 1st, 2nd etc. replaced parts and other features of wear process.

TECHNIQUE OF MODE OPTIMIZATION AND THERMAL EFFICIENCY ESTIMATION OF PLASMA-JET HARD-FACING TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS
The paper presents theoretical researches of thermal efficiency estimation of plasma-jet hard-facing with powder materials providing faster heat saturation and metal powder melting in comparison with monolithic product metal. Basing on these researches the author determines the influence of the process technological parametres on coating formation of the details restored with plasma-jet hard-facing.

HEAT FIELD CONTROL IN REFRIGERATOR TRUCK BODY
The paper considers problems of the resource-saving automatic control of thermal fields in the refrigerator truck cargo body. Particular attention is paid to perturbation signal correction and control system filtering properties that allow significantly reduce the adjustable parameter’s variability — refrigerator truck cargo body temperature — without reducing the control system performance.

ON RENEWABLE HYDROCARBON ENERGY CARRIERS
The paper investigates the reasons for increased public interest to renewable energy sources and defines the role of hydrocarbon energy carriers in the world power industry. It is clearly shown that the statement about oil and gas nonrenewability is not absolute, and the categorical division of energy sources into renewable and nonrenewable ones should be modified. The authors suggest considering the sources of hydrocarbon energy carriers to be the renewable ones, and their exploitation rate to be a complex dynamic function of the accumulated resource amount and its renewal intensity.

MATHEMATICAL DESCRIPTION OF INTERIOR DUST CLEANING
The paper presents the traumatism analysis. The authors reveal that in most cased the causes of traumatism are harmful factors (dust, noise etc.) resulting from the air environment of an animal breeding facility. They stress that the main emphasis should be made on engineering technical means and people. They also state the parametrical dependence of dust cleaning taking into account its physical nature and implementation features.

UTILIZATION OF THERMOELECTRIC GENERATORS IN STORAGE BATTERIES RECHARGING SYSTEM
The paper considers thermoelectric methods of direct (i.e. through) generation of the electric current. Thermoelectric generator is a heat machine converting heat energy in electric one. Solar collectors of different types allow obtaining heat energy that can further be applied in different systems, in particular, as a heat source for thermoelectric generators.

Nakhichevan used to be one of the territories through which there passed the Silk Road, an important strategic point connecting the East and the West, and a developed centre of culture, trade and crafts in Azerbaijan since ancient times. Since
olden days this territory played an important political, strategic and economic role in the life of Europe and the countries of the Middle East. The caravan way to Iran, India, Central Asia, China passed through Nakhichevan located at a crossroads of transit ways between the East and the West, and made positive impact on its economic and cultural development.
