THERMODYNAMICS OF ECONOMIC FUNCTIONAL SYSTEMS

The article considers a trading enterprise as an economic functional system (EFS). Basing on cognitive economics the author describes the basic thermodynamic characteristics of the considered economic functional system and the role of the entropy factor in its parametrical stabilization and the development parametrical stability.

The article outlines a promising method of restoration of worn out crankthrows of internal combustion engines using powders received by electroerosive dispersion of hard alloy waste ВК8 and Т15К6 in kerosene and water. The authors present the results of researches of the plasma coating microstructure.

IMPROVING OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF RESTORED BY PLASTIC DEFORMATION BUILT-UP SURFACES OF MACHINERY PARTS REPAIRED IN FIELD CONDITIONS

Conventional machining by cold cutting of a built-up metal layer surface of parts is characterized by high labour expenditures and power consumption, and also requires application of various equipment, production tools and instruments. This dramatically reduces amount and quality of military machinery repair in field and other specific conditions.
The article presents the new technology of accelerated restoration of worn out pars by building-up welding with subsequent joint machining and superficial-plastic deformation of heated built-up metal.

GROUNDING PARAMETERS OF CONVECTIVE HEATING SYSTEM BASED ON THERMAL PUMP USE

The authors consider conventional design stages of convective heating systems and prove the expediency of optimized temperature ratio of the heat-carrier and in heating systems with thermal pumps. Functional relations of optimized parametres are discussed in particular. It is proved that the heat exchanging devices surface can be estimated basing on capital investments while the heat-carrier temperature — basing on operational expenses. It is suggested that the ratio should be optimized basing on minimization of discounted expenses.

The paper presents the results of designing electromobiles with noncontact single-conductor resonant electric power supply system. The authors examine technical decisions of transferring electric power in a noncontact way, electromobile configuration, issues of vehicle control and navigation in case of single-conductor cable power supply.
